Role Overview
As a Business Central Manager, you will be responsible for leading ERP implementation and support projects, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and client-facing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central (Dynamics NAV/365) implementation projects.
- Oversee a team of functional and technical consultants.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive system optimization, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record of leading ERP projects and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations modules.
- Experience with AL language, Power Platform, and Azure (preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
